Making yoga accessible and fun. Donation-based classes in Floyds Knobs, IN

Location

Classes are located inside the Pump House Studio at Mount Saint Francis.

Mount Saint Francis is 15 minutes from downtown Louisville and is located next to a 400-acre nature sanctuary.

All of my classes are donation-based. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone in our community, regardless of their income.

You're welcome to donate what you're comfortable giving, with a suggested donation of $14.

A basket will be available before and after class for any donations.

Registration is not required.
