Abby's mission is to create a safe space for you to show up, practice yoga, and grow spiritually in a way that’s authentic to you.
Abby has been practicing yoga since 2015. She took her first yoga class online, outside on her deck two months postpartum after giving birth to her son Sam who was stillborn.
Off the mat, Abby is a stay at home mom to her daughters Norah and Naomi. She loves spending time with her husband Ted, their friends and family, being outdoors, hiking, reading, and drinking LOTS of coffee!
